Rates
$250.00 per 50-minute session for individual psychotherapy.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. WE do not do any therd party billing. A superbill will be provided to you to submit to your insurance comapny. The superbill provided by Dr. Johnson will have all the codes that are necessary for your reimbusment. Your insurance company will send a reimbursment check directly to you. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements are made with Dr. Johnson.
Court ordered Family Law matters are not covered by insurance.
When contacting your insurance company ask the following questions to determine your coverage.
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
